One Cherry Picking Minute
Some people are hard to keep tabs on. Even with social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, instagram etc. It's hard to stay up to date with my own agenda, nevermind 500 other peoples.
With that being said, Phil and I have moved 4 times in the past 7 months, making us as I would think, hard to keep a tab on. From Flagstaff, Huntington Beach (2 different houses) and finally Rock Creek Lake Resort where we now live at about 9,700 ft. elevation and share a small trailer, we are having quite the adventure.
We work for the Resort but it may be more properly known as the Pie in the Sky Cafe. We serve home made pie 7 days a week, clean cabins, help customers and try our hardest to off-set our customers when they have a case of the "sold out pie blues." Which happens almost every day roughly between 1pm and 4pm.
Yesterday we actually got to close the resort a little early and go to a local farm to pick apricots and cherries. For the pies or course and not to forget a little employee bonding. Ahhh. Here are a few pics. Can't wait to get a slice of that USDA certified organic free range craft employee hand picked carefully loved and nourished pie!
Lots of fun and the season is just starting.
